汽轮机作为电厂重要的设备之一,对电厂安全稳定的运行起了非常重要的作用。但汽轮机在运行过程中,不可避免的会出现一些较为常见的故障,影响运行的可靠性。特别是在由于汽轮机汽缸上下温差过大,极易导致汽缸发生变形,或是叶片出现损坏的情况发生,甚至大轴也会出现弯曲等,一旦这些故障发生,则会导致设备事故的发生,给电厂带来严重的经济损失。针对电厂某一机组汽缸上下温差过大的故障进行了概述,同时对汽轮机高压缸温差大的影响和危害进行了分析,并进一步对高压缸内壁上、下缸温差大的原因及系统改造措施进行了具体的阐述。
