随着社会主义市场经济的高速发展,企业之间的竞争也越来越大激烈,这就要求企业必须跟上时代经济的发展,调整自身的战略。因此,企业必须要有成本的忧患意识,增强企业的市场竞争力,促进企业的可持续发展。这也要求企业进行财务精细化管理,重视对成本精细化管理和控制。本文通过阐述对企业财务管理“精细化”概念、财务管理“精细化”体系构建,对企业财务管理“精细化”提出对策。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the competition among enterprises is also getting fiercer and fiercer. This requires that enterprises must keep up with the economic development of the times and adjust their own strategies.
