利用小麦花培与常规技术相结合培育出新疆第一个饼干小麦新冬21号及部分面包小麦新品系,分析了育成品种(系)的营养加工品质、特征特性,进行了区试和大田示范,表明育成品种(系)农艺性状,产量水平及烘烤品质均表现优良。
By using the combination of wheat flower culture and conventional techniques, the first new wheat variety XinXin 21 and some new wheat breeds in Xinjiang were cultivated. The nutritional quality and characteristics of the cultivated varieties (lines) were analyzed. The regional trials and demonstration of Daejeon , Indicating that the bred varieties (lines) agronomic traits, yield levels and baking quality are excellent performance.
