目的评价转sFat-1基因猪肉对小鼠血常规、血生化及免疫指标的影响。方法以转sFat-1基因猪肉、普通猪肉为受试物,配成配合饲料后分别设立低、高2个剂量组和基础饲料对照组,经口喂饲小鼠30天后,比较各组小鼠血常规、血生化、免疫球蛋白和外周血T淋巴细胞比例。结果同性别的各组血常规和免疫球蛋白指标差异均无统计学意义;转sFat-1基因猪肉高剂量组血清BUN浓度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌性小鼠中,转sFat-1基因猪肉低剂量组的CD3+CD4+细胞比例、转sFat-1基因猪肉高剂量组的CD3+CD8+细胞比例与普通猪肉低剂量组相应指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本研究的剂量下,未发现转sFat-1基因猪肉对小鼠血常规、血生化和免疫指标有影响。
Objective To evaluate the effects of sFat-1 transgenic pork on blood routine, blood biochemical and immune parameters in mice. Methods The sFat-1 gene pork and common pork were used as the test substance. After low-dose high-dose and high-dose two groups of feed and control group of basal diet, Blood routine, blood biochemistry, immunoglobulin and peripheral blood T lymphocyte ratio. Results There was no significant difference in blood routine and immunoglobulin index between the same sex groups. The serum BUN concentration in high-dose sFat-1 pork group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05) , The proportion of CD3 + CD4 + cells in the low-dose sFat-1 pork group, the proportion of CD3 + CD8 + cells in the sFat-1 high-dose pork group were significantly lower than those in the low-dose pork group <0.05). Conclusion The sFat-1 transgenic pork did not show any effect on the blood routine, blood biochemical and immune parameters of mice at the dose of this study.
