根据某工程的要求,我们研制了4GC低噪品放。工作频率3.7~4.2GC,采用的微波混合集成电路。四级放大器由两个单元放大器组成。单元放大器制作在30×50×0.8的氧化铝陶瓷基片上。四级放大器的增益为20dB。噪声系数小于5.5dB。一、电路设计要成功地设计出一个性能优良的低噪品放,必须从两方面着眼,一方面选择优越的器件,另一方面是合理的设计。在电路上充分发挥器件的潜在能力,力求噪声性能和增益二者兼顾。
According to the requirements of a project, we developed a 4GC low noise product. Working frequency 3.7 ~ 4.2GC, using the microwave hybrid integrated circuits.
