现有讨论新型工业化的文献,并没有给出具体到区域层面的产业整合、实现新型工业化的具体策略。而问题的根本原因,就是对新型工业化的本质认识不够深刻。新型工业化并不等于优先发展某些高科技产业,并不是高科技产业足够多,新型工业化就建立起来了,真正的新型工业化是建立在各产业充分发展的基础之上的,是建立在资本要素充分积累基础上的真正的技术水平的提高,是由产业持续发展一步步推动起来的。
The existing literature on new-type industrialization does not give specific strategies for industrial integration at the regional level and new-type industrialization.
