目的:分析螺旋CT在十二指肠肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经螺旋CT检查检出并经手术病理证实的十二指肠肿瘤16例十二指肠肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:腺癌十二肠腔不规则缩窄,肿瘤边缘部分或大部与肠壁分界不清;平滑肌瘤软组织块影,密度均匀,与胰腺及周围血管分界清楚;间质瘤为形状不一的较大肿块,增强扫描明显强化;恶性淋巴瘤肠壁不规则增厚,密度低于正常肠壁肌层,呈中度均匀强化。结论:CT检查可直接显示十二指肠肿瘤的范围,对临床治疗有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of duodenal tumors. METHODS: The clinical data of 16 patients with duodenal tumors confirmed by spiral CT and confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: The adenocarcinoma had irregularly narrowing of the twelve intestine lumens, and the boundary between the tumor margins or most of the tumors and the intestinal wall was unclear. The soft tissue masses of the leiomyomas were even and dense, and the pancreas and surrounding blood vessels were clearly delimited. The stromal tumors were not in shape. One of the larger lumps, enhanced scans significantly enhanced; malignant lymphoma intestinal irregular thickening, the density is lower than the normal intestinal wall muscle layer, showed a moderate evenly enhanced. Conclusion: CT examination can directly show the extent of duodenal tumor, which is of great significance for clinical treatment.
