一、变要求学生为要求教师学校对学生进行养成教育时,在文明礼貌中要求学生见了老师要主动问好。就这点小小的要求,具体实施起来效果却一直不够理想。学生见了老师不是扭扭捏捏,就是远远地躲避,很不自然……其实,学生并不是不尊重老师,也不能说他们没有礼貌,只是他们还没有养成习惯。针对这种情况,学校不要硬性要求学生先向老师问好,可以反过来提倡教师见了学生要主动问好。要求一变,结果截然不同:师生
