企业管理的关键是人本管理,人的创造力和积极性,如何最大限度地发挥出来,这是企业必须考虑的问题。激励是管理的催化剂,综合运用多种激励策略,把激励的手段和目的结合起来,建立起适应企业特色和优质员工需求的开放的激励体系。文章在探讨企业人力资源管理激励中存在问题的基础上,提出了激励策略。
The key to enterprise management is human-based management, human creativity and enthusiasm, how to maximize their exertion, which is the business must consider the issue. Incentives are the catalyst for management. By combining various incentive strategies, the incentive means and objectives are combined to establish an open incentive system that adapts to the characteristics of the enterprise and the demand of quality staff. On the basis of discussing the existing problems in the incentive of human resource management in enterprises, the article puts forward the incentive strategy.
