以硝酸钙[Ca(NO3)2]、蔗糖(Suc)、比久(B9)和硫代硫酸银(STS)4种成分进行正交试验,筛选出月季切花保鲜的最佳瓶插液配方为4mmol/LSTS+1g/LCa(NO3)2+10g/LSuc。该配方处理有利于切花吸收水分、维持水分平衡、减缓花瓣组织膜相对透性上升的幅度,从而延长瓶插寿命;比较了浸基处理和喷洒处理对月季切花瓶插寿命和观赏品质的影响。
The orthogonal experiment was carried out with four components of calcium nitrate [Ca (NO3) 2], sucrose (Suc), Bijiu (B9) and silver thiosulfate (STS) 4 mmol / LSTS + 1 g / LCa (NO3) 2 + 10 g / LSuc. The formula is conducive to cut flowers to absorb moisture to maintain water balance and slow the rate of increase of relative permeability of petal tissue membrane to prolong the vase life. The effects of immersion treatment and spraying on the life and ornamental quality of cut rose vase were compared.
