目的探究针对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,组织实施美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸药物治疗的临床效果。方法择取2015年1月~2017年1月期间,我院收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者62例作为研究对象,严格遵照全部患者的入院就诊时间先后次序,运用随机方法将其均等划分为实验组和对照组,每组各包含31例患者,针对对照组患者实施常规药物治疗(阿司匹林肠溶缓释片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片、硝酸异山梨酯片),针对实验组患者在常规药物治疗基础上,实施美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸药物治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗有效率,心绞痛症状发作频率,心绞痛症状发作持续时间,以及心绞痛症状发作间隔时间。结果接受药物治疗后,实验组的临床治疗有效率显著高于对照组,组间数据统计学比较测算差异有意义(P<0.05)。接受药物治疗后,实验组患者的心绞痛症状发作频率和心绞痛症状发作持续时间均明显明显短于对照组患者,组间数据统计学比较测算差异有意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的心绞痛症状发作间隔时间明显长于对照组患者,组间数据统计学比较测算差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床接受药物治疗的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,在实施常规药物治疗基础上,采用美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸药物治疗,能够显著提升患者的临床治疗有效率,降低患者的心绞痛症状发作频率和心绞痛症状发作持续时间,延长患者的心绞痛症状发作间隔时间,优化改善冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,在罹患疾病以及接受临床治疗处置过程中的综合性生存质量,值得在临床医学实践过程中加以推广普及运用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill in patients with coronary heart disease and unstable angina pectoris. Methods Sixty-two patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017.
