目的:研究大蒜素对血管成形术后再狭窄血管重塑的影响。方法:采用家兔动脉粥样硬化性狭窄髂动脉行血管成形术复制再狭窄动物模型,血管壁组织形态测量采用显微图像分析技术。结果:大蒜素组管腔狭窄程度和内膜面积均显著小于模型组(P<0.01),管腔直径、管腔面积、内弹力板围绕面积和外弹力板围绕面积显著大于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:大蒜素能抑制内膜增生,增加管腔直径、管腔面积、内弹力板围绕面积和外弹力板围绕面积,减轻血管成形术后再狭窄程度,干预血管重塑。
Objective: To study the effect of allicin on vascular remodeling after restenosis after angioplasty. Methods: Rabbit model of atherosclerosis stenosis with iliac artery angioplasty was used to replicate the animal model of restenosis. The morphology of vascular wall was measured by microscopic image analysis. Results: The degree of stenosis and intima area in allicin group were significantly smaller than those in model group (P <0.01). The diameter of lumen, luminal area, the area around inner elastic plate and the area around outer elastic plate were significantly larger than those in model group (P < 0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Allicin can inhibit intimal hyperplasia, increase lumen diameter, luminal area, the area around the inner elastic plate and the area around the outer elastic plate, reduce the degree of restenosis after angioplasty, and interfere with vascular remodeling.
