武陵山片区是我国跨省交界面积最大、人口最多的少数民族聚居区,加快片区经济社会发展对于促进我国东中西互动、统筹城乡发展、解决贫困问题都具有重大的战略意义。在加快武陵山片区规划实施中,笔者认为,坚持以下几点尤为重要。一、政府主导。政府必须在武陵山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚规划实施过程中发挥主动作用。1、符合武陵山片区规划的性质。武陵山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚规划作为国家制定并决定先行先试的解决特困连片地区社会发展的重大发展战略,始终要由政府推动实施
Wuling Mountain Area is the largest area of China’s inter-provincial junction of ethnic minorities inhabited by population. It is of strategic importance to speed up the economic and social development in the area to promote the interaction between east and west of our country, balance the development of urban and rural areas and solve the poverty problem.
