新转8转向架侧架与磨耗板是铆接结构。磨耗板用厚10毫米的45号钢板经剪床下料、钻孔和热处理等工序制成。由于剪床下料和热处理过程易产生弯曲变形,磨耗板在铆接后不能与侧架中央方框2°30′斜面密贴,达不到铆接的质量要求,影响转向架的质量和生产任务的完成。我厂转向架车间侧架班的工人与技术人员共同设计制造成功一条侧架钻孔、磨耗板铆钉与焊接斜楔挡、滑槽磨耗板的机械化生产线,从而克服了上述
