社科学术期刊通过交流和传播哲学社会科学研究成果而产生价值,在学理性、客观性等方面具有优势,是新型智库建设的重要组成部分,在国家创新体系建设中发挥着重要作用。本文从当前社科学术期刊与新型智库互动发展的态势入手,分析动因,并提出期刊应重视的三个策略选择:打造媒介融合的新型学术期刊、加强以问题为导向的专题化研究、探索建立学科或地域为中心的刊群。同时,社科学术期刊应始终坚持严谨的学术论证、规范和出版质量,自觉自律做精品,在承担社会责任和服务中国特色新型智库建设上主动作为。
Social science journals produce value through the exchange and dissemination of research results of philosophy and social sciences and have advantages in learning rationality and objectivity. They are an important part of the construction of a new type of think tank and play an important role in the construction of a national innovation system. This paper starts from the current situation of interactive development of social science journals and new think tanks, analyzes motivation, and puts forward three tactics that journals should pay attention to: to build a new type of academic journals with media convergence, to strengthen the problem-oriented thematic research and to explore and establish Discipline or geographic center of the cluster. At the same time, social science academic journals should always adhere to rigorous academic demonstration, standardize and publish quality, conscientiously and autonomously do fine work, take the initiative in undertaking social responsibility and serving the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics.
