随着我国经济的快速发展,越来越多的客户开始进行酒店消费,所以酒店行业市场十分火爆,但是从中也存在着很多的问题。目前我国的酒店行业内部硬件设施水平很高,在市场竞争中具有很强的竞争优势。但是相对于硬件来说,软件方面就略显不足,其服务质量很难提高。所以对酒店员工服务意识的培养和提高就需要着重的研究和探讨,以便于酒店服务质量水平的提升。
With the rapid economic development in our country, more and more customers start to consume hotels, so the hotel industry market is very hot, but from there, there are many problems. At present, China’s hotel industry has a high level of internal hardware facilities and a strong competitive advantage in market competition. However, relative to the hardware, the software is slightly less than its quality of service is difficult to improve. Therefore, the training of staff awareness and hotel employees need to focus on research and discussion, in order to improve the quality of hotel services.
