钢管混凝土支架的承载性能主要取决于其抗压性能和抗弯性能,实验测试了钢管混凝土短柱的抗压强度和支架圆弧段的抗弯能力。并针对受采动压影响严重的采区上山进行了巷道钢管混凝土支架支护方案设计,支护后巷道变形量小,巷道围岩稳定。
The bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular supports mainly depends on its compressive strength and bending resistance. The compressive strength of concrete-filled steel tubular short columns and the flexural strength of circular arcs of the scaffolding were tested experimentally. In addition, the design of supporting plank for concrete filled steel tubular support of roadway is carried out for the up-hill mining area with serious impact on mining pressure. The deformation of the roadway after supporting is small and the surrounding rock of the roadway is stable.
