正电子发射计算机断层(positron emission tomography,PET)技术可以无创伤性绝对定量分析健康人群和多种心血管病患者的局部心肌血流量(myocardial blood flow,MBF),结果可靠,重现性好。本文主要针对冠脉循环的生理和病理生理学信息及MBF测定对判断冠状动脉微循环功能的独特临床价值作一简要综述。
Positron emission tomography (PET) provides a noninvasive, absolute quantitative analysis of local myocardial blood flow (MBF) in healthy individuals and in a variety of cardiovascular patients with reliable and reproducible results. This review focuses on the physiological and pathophysiological information of coronary circulation and the unique clinical value of MBF in judging coronary microcirculation.
