本报告叙述的微光功率计可用来测量1nW到1mW的光功率(-60 dBm—0 dBm),在测量-60 dBm的功率时,长期稳定度为在8小时内变化了0.3nW。仪器使用光敏面为φ6mm的Si—PIN光电二极管作为光探测器。仪器除用于一般测量外,对于测量光纤活动连接头输出端的光功率是特别方便的。激光功率和能量的测定方法很多,因为待测光功率和能量的波长范围很宽,从400毫微米到30微米,功率电平从10~(-11)到10~(12)瓦以上,能量范围从10~(-3)到10~4焦耳以上,工作条件也各不相同,因此,不可能设计出一种对所有情况都能适用的仪器来测定其功
The low power meter described in this report can be used to measure optical power (-60 dBm-0 dBm) from 1 nW to 1 mW. Long-term stability changes by 0.3 nW in 8 hours when measuring -60 dBm power. The instrument uses a Si-PIN photodiode with a photo-sensitive surface of φ6 mm as the photodetector. In addition to being used for general measurement, the instrument is particularly convenient for measuring the optical power at the output of an optical fiber connector. There are many ways to measure laser power and energy because the wavelength range of optical power and energy to be measured is very wide. From 400nm to 30μm, the power level is from 10 ~ (-11) to above 10 ~ (12) Ranging from 10 -3 to 10-4 joules and working conditions vary, so it is impossible to devise an instrument that is suitable for all situations to determine its work
