前言陕西的大荔人头骨化石地点以1978年春发现的大荔人头骨化石而闻名于世。这个头骨化石相当完整,属早期智人中较早者,为直立人与早期智A之间的过渡类型。吴新智先生曾定名为智人大荔亚种(Ho mo sapiens daliensis)①。因此,大荔人头骨化石地点一直被国内外有关学者所重视。78年秋和80年秋,曾由古脊椎动物与古人类研究所协同有关单位进行联合发掘。 Preface Shaanxi Dali human skull fossil sites are famous for the Dali human skull fossils found in the spring of 1978.
