苏霍姆林斯基说过:“人的心灵深处,总有一种把自己当做发现者、研究者、探索者的固有需要,这种需要在小学生的精神世界尤为重要。”《新课程标准》亦提出“学生是学习的主人”。所以,在教育中应该尽量鼓励学生个人发展的过程,应该引导学生自己进行探讨、推论。给他们讲的尽量少些,而引导他们去发现的尽量多些。那些善于想、善于问、善于做的人,收效非常大,大于教师的直接传授数倍。
