“从每一个航班,从每一个环节,从每一分钟抓起:坚决杜绝人为因素延误航班”经过全方位的协调和梳理,今年下半年厦航航班正常率持续走高,8、9月份,厦航以安全、优质、高效的航班运行品质,圆满完成第十三届国际投资贸易洽谈会保障任务的同时,航班正常率分别以80.02%、83.02%的突出成绩连续位居民航第一,创造了历年同期最好纪录。为提升航班正点,提高航班运行品质,厦航各部门和驻外单位在原有基础上落实岗位职责,理顺工作流程,不断规范运行标准,加强内外部协调,从“三个一”抓起,即:从每一个航班,从每一个环节,从每一分钟抓起,努力争取航班正常。
