结合桥梁加固工程实际,选择了合适的树脂体系,应用湿法成型预浸料制造技术,在外场制备了半固化状态的碳纤维预浸带,此预浸带有一定的柔韧性,在施工过程中能与待加固界面充分的接触,达到了良好的工艺性。并对固化后的碳纤维复合材料板进行了性能测试:抗拉强度>2875MPa,弹性模量>158.5GPa,断后伸长率1.7%。
