In order to meet the military strategic guideline in the new era and the need of army quality construction and the objective needs of medical service support in defense of southeastern coastal areas, aiming at the reality that military health work and logistics construction are not compatible with each other, we should start with improvement of medical treatment environment and improvement of service quality. Establish and improve the system of measures as a breakthrough, to strengthen the health professional team construction as the driving force, the author combined with a sea defense unit to do a good job in the new era?
