目的 探讨 CO2 激光显微手术在切除脑膜瘤中的应用。 方法 回顾性分析 1995年 10月~ 2 0 0 0年 9月间应用手术显微镜及 CO2 显微激光仪手术切除的 5 3例脑膜瘤的临床效果。 结果 44例达 Simpson 、 级全切除 , 级切除 4例。无死亡或重度残废。其中 33例随访 6个月~ 5年 ,肿瘤消失 2 6例 ,残瘤静止 4例 ,复发 3例。 结论 CO2 激光显微手术切除脑膜瘤适用硬而难以切除之脑膜瘤 ,具有手术对骨窗及术野要求不大 ,手术精度高 ,对脑重要结构侵扰小 ,术后反应轻等优点
Objective To investigate the application of CO2 laser microsurgery in the resection of meningioma. Methods The clinical results of 53 cases of meningioma resected by surgical microscope and CO2 laser were retrospectively analyzed from October 1995 to September 2000. Results 44 patients reached Simpson, level total resection, grade resection in 4 cases. No death or severe disability. Among them, 33 cases were followed up for 6 months to 5 years, 26 cases disappeared, 4 cases remained residual tumor and 3 cases relapsed. Conclusion CO2 laser microsurgical removal of meningioma is difficult and difficult to remove meningioma, with less requirement of operation on the bone window and operative field, high precision operation, small disturbance to the important structure of the brain and less postoperative reaction
