IEC 61850对采样值的同步提出了较高要求,但并没有给出实现方案。针对现有采样值同步方案的不足,文中研究了一种基于IEC 61588和通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)的交互式采样值传输机制。间隔层智能电子设备采用IEC 61588精确对时协议与相关合并单元的采样值控制块对应的从时钟进行同步,并通过GOOSE协议对采样值控制块进行采样控制。该机制可以不依赖外部对时,实现高精度同步采样。
IEC 61850 puts forward higher requirements for the synchronization of the sampled values, but does not give an implementation plan. In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing sample synchronization schemes, an interactive transmission mechanism of sampled values based on IEC 61588 and GOOSE (General Object Oriented Substation Events) is studied. Interval layer intelligent electronic devices using IEC 61588 precision on-time protocol and the associated merging unit sample value control block corresponding to the slave clock synchronization, and through the GOOSE protocol sampling control block sampling control. The mechanism can not rely on external pairs, to achieve high-precision simultaneous sampling.
