临床资料;89例中男65例,女24例。年龄27~81岁,平均56.8岁。89例中二维超声心动图(TDE)显示室间隔(IVS)与左室后壁(LVPW)均肥厚者60例(67.4%),单IVS肥厚者24例(27%),单LVPW肥厚者4例(4.5%)。IVS与LVPW之和>21.5mm,平均27.9mm。其厚度之比<1.5者86例(97.7%)。心肌肥厚伴左室及/或左房扩大者共30例(34%),左房室扩大及主动脉扩张者3例(3.4%)。50例心电图(ECG)检查者TDE均有心肌肥厚,ECG显示左室肥大或高电压者28例(56%)。13例TDE有左房扩大者均无BCG之P波异常改变。讨论:左心室肥厚是高血压性心脏病的主要诊断标准,临床多以ECG为依据。町井认为,这种肥厚在心电图表现之前,超声心动图已能够发现,并为对称性肥厚,多不伴心腔扩大。本组50例心肌肥厚者ECG

Two-dimensional echocardiography (TDE) showed that 60 patients (67.4%) were hyperventricular septal (IVS) and left ventricular posterior wall (LVPW) hypertrophy and 24 (27% 4 cases (4.5%).
