抗压强度为1、3、28天和60天的低水灰比掺粉煤灰外加剂的砂浆试件,在不同温度养护条件下的试验结果表明,当养护温度低于40℃时,波特兰水泥砂浆的早期强度随着温度上升而增大,但在第7天后,混凝土强度增长缓慢。当温度高于85℃时,后期强度下降。掺粉煤灰的砂浆,强度随着温度升高而平稳增长。60天之后的粉煤灰砂浆的强度,高于不掺粉煤炭外加剂的砂浆。由于结构混凝土内温度较高,在标准条件20℃养护的混凝土强度不能反映结构混凝土的真正强度。
The mortar test pieces with low water-cement ratio and fly ash admixture with compressive strength of 1, 3, 28 and 60 days were tested under different temperature curing conditions. When the curing temperature was lower than 40°C, the waves showed The early strength of Portland cement mortar increases with increasing temperature, but after the 7th day, the concrete strength increases slowly. When the temperature is higher than 85 °C, the late strength decreases. With fly ash mortar, strength increases steadily with increasing temperature. The strength of the fly ash mortar after 60 days was higher than that of the mortar without powdered coal admixture. Due to the high temperature in the structural concrete, the strength of concrete cured at standard conditions of 20°C does not reflect the true strength of the structural concrete.
