结合周口市公路建设,通过正交试验的方法,分析水泥剂量、4.75 mm筛孔通过率、压实度和含水量4种施工变异性因素对抗压强度和劈裂强度的影响,得出4个因素对7 d抗压强度和90 d劈裂强度影响次序为:水泥剂量>级配(4.75 mm筛孔通过率)>压实度>含水量。最后提出了减小施工变异的措施和质量控制方法。
Combined with the construction of highway in Zhoukou City, the influence of four construction variability factors such as cement dosage, 4.75 mm mesh passing rate, compaction degree and water content on compressive strength and splitting strength was analyzed by orthogonal test. The order of influencing factors on compressive strength at 7 days and splitting strength at 90 days was cement dosage> grading (4.75 mm mesh passing rate)> compaction degree> water content. Finally, measures to reduce construction variation and quality control methods are put forward.
