自习近平总书记提出“一带一路”伟大倡议以来,该倡议得到了世界许多国家的高度关注和积极响应。紧接着,“李计划”催生了国际间一种包容性全新合作模式--国际产能合作。中哈合作催生的国际产能合作理念就像蒲公英一样将新的“种子”播撒向世界各地,国际产能合作是一种基于全球视野的包容性发展理念,势必会给中国企业带来许多红利,正如李克强多次强调的:借助国际产能合作,积极参与全球市场竞争和价值链重构,是推动国内产业转型升级、促进中国经济迈向中高端的重大机遇。中国企业将在此背景下找到自身的发展机遇,但同时也需要积极应对随之而来的挑战。

Chinese enterprises will find their own development opportunities in this context, but at the same time, they must also actively respond to the ensuing challenges.
