(二)X线定位法 眼内异物的x线定位法已有80余年的历史,因其定位较为准确可靠,而且不受眼的屈光介质浑浊的影响,所以一直在临床上广泛应用。虽然一些能透过x线的异物,如木块、塑料等,常不宜用x线定位,小的石块、玻璃以及极微小的金属异物也不易显影。但眼内异物大多为金属,且极小者不多,所以它仍然是眼内异物定位的基本方法。 (B) X-ray positioning method X-ray positioning method of intraocular foreign body has been 80 years of history, because of its more accurate and reliable positioning, but also not affected by ophthalmic refractive media turbidity, it has been widely used in clinical.
