当今社会飞速发展,农业急剧弱化,大量劳动力流失进城,很多城市都面临着同样的问题:例如农业人口老化;农业技术人才缺乏;新生代农民工大多不太可能返乡务农;农村后备劳动力大多也不想务农、不爱务农、不愿务农。今后谁来种地、怎样种好地的问题困扰着很多的农村。这些问题都需要依靠培育一批“有文化、懂技术、会经营”的新型青年职业农民来解决。
