目的比较食管癌三维适形放疗和常规放疗肺受照剂量。方法利用三维适形计划系统对18例食管癌患者的CT三维重建图像分别设计出三维适形三野计划和常规三野计划,然后利用剂量体积直方图DVH比较两种照射方式肺组织受照剂量的区别。结果对两种照射技术中肺组织的Dmean、V20、V30进行比较,三维适形放疗的肺受量要明显低于常规放疗肺受量。结论三维适形放疗和常规放疗比降低了肺组织的受照剂量和受照体积,肺组织的各项评估指标均低于常规放疗,能更好的保护肺组织。
Objective To compare esophageal cancer three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy lung irradiation dose. Methods Three-dimensional conformal three-field plan and routine three-field plan were designed respectively by three-dimensional conformal planning system for 18 cases of esophageal cancer patients with three-dimensional reconstructed images. Then dose-volume histogram DVH was used to compare the difference between the two groups . Results Compared with Dmean, V20 and V30 of lung tissue in the two irradiation techniques, the lung volume of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was significantly lower than that of conventional radiotherapy. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy reduce the dose and volume of irradiated lung tissue, and the evaluation indexes of lung tissue are lower than conventional radiotherapy and can better protect the lung tissue.
