目的了解大丰市娱乐场所性服务者艾滋病相关知识和行为状况,评价防治效果,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据,以提高对高危人群行为干预的针对性。方法 2013年5~6月选择大丰市区部分娱乐场所,采取匿名调查问卷方法,对大丰市260名性服务者进行面对面的艾滋病相关知识和行为问卷调查,同时采集血液标本进行HIV感染状况检测。结果调查260人,艾滋病知识核心问题知晓率为73.85%(192/260),接受过干预与未接受过干预的人对艾滋病知识核心问题知晓率分别为86.32%、43.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。认为正确使用安全套可以降低感染艾滋病的危险性占87.31%(227/260);最近1次、最近1月每次商业性行为安全套使用率分别为91.54%(238/260)、85.38%(222/260);被调查者艾滋病知识获取途径主要来自电视、网络和报刊杂志等传媒,分别为88.46%(230/260)、76.54%(199/260)和53.46%(139/260)。结论大丰市娱乐场所性服务者艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率不高,仍存在高危行为,应采取针对性措施,进一步加强该人群艾滋病相关知识健康教育和行为干预,预防艾滋病的传播和流行。
Objective To understand AIDS-related knowledge and behavior of sex workers in entertainment venues in Dafeng City, evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment, and provide a scientific basis for the development of AIDS prevention and treatment measures so as to improve the pertinence of behavioral intervention in high-risk groups. Methods From May to June 2013, part of the entertainment venues in Dafeng urban area were selected. Anonymous questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge-based AIDS-related knowledge and behavior among 260 sex workers in Dafeng City. Blood samples were collected for HIV infection Detection. Results The survey of 260 people, knowledge of AIDS core awareness rate was 73.85% (192/260), with or without intervention of people know the core knowledge of AIDS awareness rates were 86.32%, 43.51%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). They believe that the correct use of condoms can reduce the risk of AIDS infection accounted for 87.31% (227/260); the most recent 1, the recent January each commercial sex condom use rates were 91.54% (238/260), 85.38% (222 / 260). The access to AIDS knowledge of respondents mainly came from media such as television, the internet and newspapers and magazines, accounting for 88.46% (230/260), 76.54% (199/260) and 53.46% (139/260) respectively. Conclusion There is still a high risk of AIDS-related knowledge among sex workers in entertainment venues in Dafeng City. The targeted measures should be taken to further strengthen AIDS-related knowledge and health education and behavioral intervention in this population and to prevent the spread and prevalence of AIDS.
