目的探讨快通道麻醉在儿科手术中的临床应用价值。方法将2010年7月—2011年12月在本院择期行心脏外科手术的80例患儿随机分成2组：对照组40例,采用常规麻醉方案;实验组40例,采用快通道麻醉方案。观察并比较2组的血流动力学参数、应激激素水平、术后转归及住院费用。结果观察组手术开始30 min、拔管后60 min的平均动脉压和心率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组手术开始30 min、拔管后60 min的胰高血糖素和皮质醇水平明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组术后拔管时间、进食时间、ICU留观时
