研究了掺花岗岩石粉的ECC材料的力学性能。采用废弃花岗岩石粉部分取代磨细砂,制备具有不同石粉取质量代率的水泥砂浆,并对其进行抗压、抗折试验分析,得到最优的石粉取代率约为25%;在此最优石粉取代率的基础上配制出掺花岗岩石粉的ECC材料,并研究PVA纤维体积掺量(0~1.5%)及其长径比(158~316)对混凝土复合材料基本力学性能的影响;研究结果表明,本试验中,当花岗岩石粉掺量一定(25%),纤维体积掺量1.5%且长径比237时力学性能最佳,并且在3d、7d、14d、28d的不同龄期中,28d弯拉强度达到最大(14.05MPa),14d韧度系数达到最大(9.59MPa)。
The mechanical properties of ECC materials doped with granite powder were studied.
