目的对宝鸡市放射工作人员个人剂量监测异常结果进行调查,分析所致原因及不同行业过量照射情况。方法对2010和2011年单次监测结果达到调查水平的人员进行调查,针对过量照射的原因进行判定和统计分析。结果 2 a共监测放射工作人员2 978人次,达到调查水平的有76人;其中实际过量照射人次占异常结果人次的52.63%,从事介入、核医学工作人员过量照射率明显高于其他医用职业类别,从事工业用非密封源工作人员过量照射率明显高于其他工业应用。结论介入、核医学、非密封源同位素应用工作过程中接受过量照射的可能性较高。
Objective To investigate the abnormal results of personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in Baoji City and analyze the causes and over-exposure conditions of different industries. Methods A survey was conducted on the individuals whose single monitoring results reached the level of investigation in 2010 and 2011, and the reasons for the excessive irradiation were determined and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 2 978 radiological staff were monitored and 76 were reached at the level of investigation. Among them, the actual number of over-exposures accounted for 52.63% of the abnormal results, and the over-exposure rate of interventional and nuclear medicine staff was significantly higher than that of other medical occupations , Engaged in industrial use of unsealed source staff over-exposure rate was significantly higher than other industrial applications. Conclusion Interventional, nuclear medicine and unsealed source isotope applications are highly likely to receive excessive exposure during their work.
