目的:探讨在碱性条件下制备异甘草苷的转化工艺。方法:首先通过预实验证明甘草苷单体可以在碱性条件下生成异甘草苷,再尝试利用甘草药材中甘草苷在碱性条件下生成异甘草苷,并利用薄层层析、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱等方法作为辅助手段判断该方法的可行性。结果:该方法得到异甘草苷的产率为70.5%。结论:碱性条件下甘草苷转化成异甘草苷的方法简洁、方便、可行,产率有较大提高。
Objective: To explore the conversion process of isoliquiritin in alkaline condition. Methods: First of all, through the preliminary experiments, it was proved that liquiritin could produce isoliquiritigenin under alkaline conditions, and then the liquiritigenin was produced under the alkaline conditions by liquiritigenin in licorice root. The results of TLC, UV-Vis Method, high performance liquid chromatography and other methods as an adjunct to determine the feasibility of the method. Results: The yield of isoliquiritin obtained by this method was 70.5%. Conclusion: The method of converting liquiritin to isoliquiritin in alkaline condition is simple, convenient and feasible, and the yield is greatly improved.
