目的:建立超高效液相色谱法测定香鳞毛蕨药材中绵马素BB的含量。方法:采用XBridgeTMBEH C18(4.6mm×100 mm,2.5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液(90∶10)为流动相,流速0.80 mL·min-1,检测波长290 nm,柱温40℃,进行测定。结果:绵马素BB在0.050 28~0.301 68μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.87%(RSD0.44%)。结论:该方法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于香鳞毛蕨的含量测定和质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of cotton ramie BB in the herb of Fragrant sinensis by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (90:10) with a flow rate of 0.80 mL · min-1 on a XBridgeTMBEH C18 column (4.6 mm × 100 mm, 2.5 μm) Temperature 40 ℃, measured. Results: The linearity of BB was good at 0.050 28-0.301 68 μg (r = 0.999 8) with an average recovery of 98.87% (RSD 0.44%). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination and quality control of Fern.
