目的:探讨银黄颗粒、牛黄上清丸、双黄连合剂对CYP_3A_4活性的影响。方法:利用体外肝微粒体培育体系,以咪达唑仑作为探针底物,研究银黄颗粒、牛黄上清丸、双黄连合剂对人肝微粒体细胞色素P450_3A_4(CYP_3A_4)活性的影响。结果:与空白组比较,银黄颗粒、牛黄上清丸、双黄连合剂对CYP_3A_4活性表现为诱导作用。结论:在与临床上经CYP_3A_4代谢的药物联合应用时,应警惕银黄颗粒、牛黄上清丸、双黄连合剂潜在的药物之间的相互作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yinhuang Granules, Bezoar Shangqing Pill and Shuanghuanglian Mixture on CYP_3A_4 activity. Methods: The effects of Yinhuang granules, Niuhuang Shangqing Pills and Shuanghuanglian Mixture on the activities of human liver microsomal cytochrome P450_3A_4 (CYP_3A_4) were studied by using in vitro liver microsomal culture system and midazolam as probe substrate. Results: Compared with the blank group, the Yinhuang granule, the Bezoar supernatant pill and Shuanghuanglian agent had the induction effect on the activity of CYP_3A_4. Conclusion: When used in combination with clinically CYP_3A_4-metabolized drugs, the interaction between the drugs Yinhuang granules, Bezoar supernatant and Shuanghuanglian should be taken care of.
