本文从多学科的角度来探讨手榴弹“引弹”动作的机制,阐释了“引弹”动作是人体与手榴弹两次相对运动的运动学原理,并运用解剖学的有关知识来说明肌肉工作和各环节运动对“引弹”技术的影响,强调要充分利用运动知觉来判断器械感正确与否。同时,还对该动作的教学方法、错误动作形成原因、纠正方法等进行了科学的论述。
This paper explores the mechanism of “grenade” grenade movement from a multidisciplinary perspective, and explains that the “grenade” movement is the kinematic principle of the two relative movements of the human body and grenade, and uses the relevant knowledge of anatomy to illustrate the muscle work and The impact of link movement on “missile” technology emphasizes the need to make full use of motor perception to determine whether the sense of equipment is correct or not.
