肺结核病监测包括肺结核病流行严重程度和防治措施的监测。本文报告了在防治措施影响下,该县5年间肺结核病患病率、死亡率、结核年感染率的年递降率均达到9％以上,并对获得监测指标的方法进行了探讨。
Tuberculosis surveillance includes the monitoring of the severity of tuberculosis and the control measures. This paper reports that under the influence of prevention and treatment measures, the annual decline rate of tuberculosis prevalence, mortality and tuberculosis infection rate over 5 years in this county reached more than 9%, and the methods of obtaining monitoring indexes were discussed.
