颌面部化脓性炎症时血脑屏障通透性增高,炎症灶的毒素经静脉和淋巴流入脑,由于毒素的作用,以及从颌面部感受器传入病理性神经冲动,发生病理反射,可导致脑功能障碍,甚至发生颅内并发症。作者研究颌面部化脓性炎症时血脑屏障的通透性以及进行调节的可能性,用78只家兔(体重2~2.5kg)进行实验,检查兔血脑屏障对~(32)P的透过性,肌肉注射~(32)P5~8μCi(240~260kBq),1小时后颈动脉放血致死动物,从大脑颞叶和额叶取皮质和白质2g.用生理盐水灌洗然后浸泡在2ml10%NaOH液内。另外用离心法取血清2ml。测定脑组织和血清的放射性,计算~(32)P含量.
