近年来,在一些专业杂志和学术会议上所作的关于临床应用“人造血液”的报告,引起了人们极大的关注。人造血液是与所谓的氟碳,即氟化碳氢化合物相关联的。在近十余年来,科学实验发现,氟、碳化合物具有强烈的与氧进行可逆性的结合;并且释放出氧的能力。科学文献对氟碳化合物具有运载氧的能力的问题,已经进行了广泛的讨论。在此,仅就一些主要的观点作进一步的探讨。许多氟碳化合物均很容易由工业生产制造出来,而且这些产品用于动物实验已很少有什么问题。
In recent years, reports on the clinical application of “artificial blood” made in professional magazines and academic conferences have aroused great concern. Artificial blood is associated with so-called fluorocarbons, ie fluorinated hydrocarbons. In the past decade or so, scientific experiments have found that fluorine and carbon compounds have a strong reversible combination with oxygen and release oxygen. The scientific literature has extensively discussed the issue of the ability of fluorocarbons to carry oxygen. Here, we only discuss some of the major points of view. Many fluorocarbon compounds are easily manufactured from industrial production, and these products have few problems for animal experiments.
