“入脑、入心、解渴、管用。”这是中国气象局机关党员干部对机关学习报告会效果的凝练语。透过这句言简意赅的话语,看到的是局党组心血的凝结。自2007年6月以来,中国气象局每周三举办机关学习报告会,目前已成功举办210余期。学习报告会内容丰富,特色鲜明,坚持时间长、频率密、层次高、效果好,成为深受机关干部喜爱的学习品牌,带动、推进了全部门学习型组织建设。坚持学习为要,不断增强党员干部的学习动力
