加息,由于各种利益上的博奔,姗姗来迟,但毕竟还是来了。专家认为,此次央行加息调幅温和,不会引起公众生活大的波动,但如果利率变化频繁,对国内民众的财富变化则会有很大影响。存款利率的上调,有利于保障居民的中长期储蓄存款利息收益,当然也难免引起股市、汇市、债市等市场的反应,直接影响百姓的投资行为。贷款利率的上调对利用消费贷款买房、买车的个人来说,也会增加还款的负担,从而使个人增强了对金融市场与利率的风险意识。同时也要认识到,影响投资方式的因素有很多,银行利率只是其中一个主要因素,如何选择投资品种及操作方式还需要投资者根据实际情况综合衡量。
