目的了解鄂州市主要消费食品中铅污染水平,为开展该市食品中铅污染状况的评价和预警提供依据。方法 2012年按照鄂州市食品监测计划进行采样,实验部分采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅含量,根据国家相关标准进行评价。应用SPSS 17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 2012年共采集7类142份样品,铅污染检出96份,检出率为67.60%,合格139份,合格率为97.89%。结论鄂州市食品中存在铅污染,但大部分食品符合我国卫生标准,有部分食品铅污染较严重,应加强检测和管理。
Objective To understand the level of lead pollution in major consumer foods in Ezhou City and provide basis for the evaluation and early warning of lead pollution in the city. Methods The samples were collected in accordance with the Ezhou Food Monitoring Plan in 2012. The content of lead in food was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in the experimental part and evaluated according to relevant national standards. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results A total of 142 samples of 7 types were collected in 2012, and 96 samples were detected by lead contamination. The detection rate was 67.60%, and 139 were qualified, with a pass rate of 97.89%. Conclusion There are lead pollution in food in Ezhou City, but most of the foods are in line with China’s health standards. Some of the food lead pollution is more serious and should be strengthened to detect and manage.
