目的:探讨芝麻素对乙醇代谢的影响。方法:①不同剂量芝麻素(8,23,70mg·kg-1)对大鼠ig给药14d后,测定ig乙醇(5g·kg-1)后不同时间点(0.5,1,2,4,6h)乙醇血液浓度;②不同剂量芝麻素(10,33,100mg·kg-1)对小鼠ig给药7d后,测定ip乙醇(2.5g·kg-1)后不同时间段(1,2,3,4h)动物自主活动次数;③不同剂量芝麻素(10,33,100mg·kg-1)对小鼠ig给药7d后,测定ip乙醇(3.5g·kg-1)后动物翻正反射消失时间的变化。结果:①芝麻素23,70mg·kg-1剂量组可显著降低大鼠血液乙醇浓度;②芝麻素33,100mg·kg-1剂量组可使乙醇ip小鼠的自主活动次数增加及翻正反射消失时间缩短。结论:芝麻素可促进乙醇的代谢。
Objective: To investigate the effects of sesamin on alcohol metabolism. Methods: ① The rats were treated with different doses of sesamin (8,23 and 70 mg · kg-1) for 14 days, then the rats were sacrificed at different time points (0.5, 1, 2, (2h, 6h) ethanol; (2) After different doses of sesamin (10, 33 and 100 mg · kg-1) were given to mice for 7 days, 3,4h) the number of spontaneous activity of animals; ③ different doses of sesamin (10,33,100mg · kg-1) administered to mice 7d after the determination of ip ethanol (3.5g · kg-1) animal orthophoria disappeared Time changes. Results: ①The dose of sesamin 23 and 70 mg · kg-1 significantly decreased the concentration of alcohol in the blood of rats. ② The dose of sesamin 33,100 mg · kg-1 could increase the frequency of spontaneous activity and disappearance of reflex Shorten the time. Conclusion: Sesamin can promote the metabolism of ethanol.
