沦陷时期的北京和南京依旧是文人聚居之地。随着1940年汪伪国民政府的成立,沦陷区进入了“(伪)秩序重建”时期。《雅言》《同声月刊》两种旧文学杂志应运而生,供稿者以旧文人群体为主。其中,清遗民作为一种政治主体,势必在沦陷区重构自己的位置。“局外观棋”成为他们一个想象的观世维度,而“螺蛳壳里做道场”则表征了他们在现实世界里的无力感和隐微的精神世界。通过建构和确认自己的遗民/逸民形象,他们避开了个体的伦理承担,却在这种软性的自我逃离中,正好成为沦陷区“(伪)秩序重建”和“东亚共荣”版图的一部分。
Beijing and Nanjing during the period of occupation were still the places where the literati lived together. With the founding of the Wang Puppet National Government in 1940, the enemy-occupied areas entered a period of “reconstruction of the” (pseudo) order. “Ya-yan” “same-monthly” two kinds of old literary magazine came into being, contributors to the old literati group-based. Among them, as a political subject, Qing settlers are bound to restructure their position in the occupied areas. “Bureau of Appearance Chess ” becomes one of them imagined dimension of outlook, and “Do the Loophole in the Dojo ” is a symbol of their powerlessness and subtle spiritual world in the real world. By constructing and confirming their own image of descendants and refugees, they have eschewed the ethical undertakings of individuals. In this soft self-escaping, however, they have just become the “enemy-occupied areas” and “reconstruction of East Asia ”Part of the layout.
