我院于 1 997～ 2 0 0 1年共治疗食管癌术后胸内吻合口瘘 7例 ,其中 5例采用带膜金属支架[1] 、三管法、再次手术吻合等治疗方法 ,失败后改行胸廓改形、带蒂胸大肌肌瓣填塞加生物胶治疗 ,全部治愈。现报告如下。1 临床资料本组 7例中男 4例 ,女 3例 ,年龄 42～ 78岁 ,平均 62?
In our hospital from 1997 to 2001, 7 cases of anastomotic fistula after esophagectomy were treated, of which 5 cases were treated with membrane-metal stent [1], three-tube method and reoperation anastomosis.
